As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide daily support for desktops, laptops, and network systems while contributing to the physical setup and maintenance of our infrastructure. Key tasks include troubleshooting software issues, managing ticket requests, and performing equipment installations under remote guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer front-line support for end-user hardware and software
• Install and troubleshoot operating systems and applications
• Assist in onboarding/offboarding of users and their devices
• Track and manage IT assets and service requests
• Support physical server room tasks and vendor coordination
Requirements:
• 1–3 years in IT desktop support or related role
• Knowledge of Windows and macOS environments
• Basic networking and cabling understanding
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Capability to lift and manage hardware installations
