Key Responsibilities:

• Create and optimize decision models for routing and resource allocation

• Employ machine learning to refine predictive capabilities

• Translate operational constraints into analytical models

• Identify and rectify issues in model performance

• Develop data workflows with Python and SQL

Requirements:

• 8–15+ years in data science or operations research

• Proficient in optimization techniques and machine learning

• Hands-on experience with Python and SQL

• Familiarity with Gurobi and cloud platforms

• Strong translation of business needs into actionable analytics
