Key Responsibilities:
• Align IT strategy with organizational goals
• Manage daily IT operations for stability and security
• Track service performance metrics and implement improvements
• Prioritize IT initiatives and modernization projects
• Supervise vendor management and budgeting processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 10+ years in enterprise IT leadership roles
• Bilingual (French/English) is an asset
• Strong foundation in IT service delivery and governance
• Experience in automation and AI within enterprise systems
