Position: IT Analyst for Document Management Systems
Redpath is seeking an IT Business Analyst to improve document management systems and support critical business processes. This role emphasizes data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and solution implementation.

In this foundational position within the Business Applications team, the focus is on supporting the EDMS's deployment and optimizing workflows to meet regulatory compliance.

Your role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure systems are maintained successfully and to inspire adoption across diverse operational settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing systems to define improvement strategies

• Engage with teams to gather requirements for EDMS

• Prioritize enhancements for efficient workflows

• Establish KPIs and monitor system effectiveness

• Report on challenges and propose solution enhancements

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in a relevant field

• Minimum of 5 years in related IT roles

• 3+ years in software deployment in a global context

• Familiarity with test management tools like Jira

• Knowledge of Oracle ERP systems is advantageous
