Join a dynamic team as a Senior R&D Software Support Engineer focused on ICP-MS systems in Canada. Engage with customers to resolve technical issues while improving software usability and performance.
In this role, you will act as the voice of the customer, working closely with users and internal teams to tackle technical challenges. You provide high-level support and documentation, support field service training, and engage in continuous improvement efforts across the R&D software landscape. Your proficiency in troubleshooting and communication will be key as you lead issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide escalated technical support for software issues
• Conduct thorough root cause analysis and documentation
• Support field engineers with real-time escalation assistance
• Create and maintain knowledge base resources
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant scientific or technical field
• Over 3 years of software technical support experience
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with regulated environments preferred
