Position: Senior Cybersecurity Specialist Role
Join a leading team as a Senior Cybersecurity Specialist to enhance security controls within Microsoft cloud infrastructures. Focus on practical outcomes in security operations and threat management.

This hands-on role offers an opportunity to partner with IT leadership while reporting to the Application Manager. As an individual contributor, you will oversee a variety of cybersecurity initiatives, including endpoint security, data protection, and vulnerability management. Your efforts will contribute to strengthening organizational security and operational priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead execution of cybersecurity initiatives across multiple domains

• Optimize and administer Microsoft security technologies

• Triage alerts and manage security vulnerabilities

• Direct incident response strategies and improvements

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors for security needs

Requirements:

• 5 to 7+ years of cybersecurity experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft security tools

• Relevant industry certification preferred (e.g., CISSP)

• Solid technical knowledge in threat readiness and incident response

• Ability to communicate complex risks to diverse audiences
