This position is ideal for those with up to 2 years of experience in electronics repair and a desire to learn new technologies. Your responsibilities will include on-site service, maintaining accurate records, and achieving KPI targets while supporting customers. Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and repair MFPs, addressing customer issues
• Perform on-site service and support operations
• Build effective relationships with customers and sales teams
• Track parts and maintain accurate call management records
• Lead product promotions and referrals to existing customers
Requirements:
• 0-2 years of technical repair experience
• Knowledge of basic Microsoft OS printing concepts
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle with insurance
• Positive attitude with strong self-motivation
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or relevant experience
Excel in customer relations while managing MFPs and technology as a Field Service Technician at Konica Minolta.
