We are looking for independent engineers to provide hourly onsite support in this ticket-based and dispatch role. Ideal candidates will have experience in EUC / desktop support and be capable of troubleshooting a range of devices. Your responsibilities include performing installations, assisting with basic networking, and maintaining documentation for site activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver onsite EUC and Smart Hands support
• Troubleshoot hardware issues on desktops and laptops
• Conduct installations and basic repairs
• Manage network connectivity and cabling tasks
• Document work and coordinate with remote teams
Requirements:
• Background in desktop and EUC support
• Basic knowledge of hardware and networking
• Proficiency with ticketing systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently on-site
