Based in Woodbridge/Vaughan, ON, this full-time role involves supporting end users, troubleshooting diverse IT issues, and configuring equipment for new hires. You’ll enhance our IT infrastructure by coordinating tasks, maintaining performance standards, and managing complex setups, contributing to seamless business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide onsite and remote IT support for users
• Set up IT equipment for onboarding new employees
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Assist with password resets and system access problems
• Maintain Wi-Fi connectivity and network performance
Requirements:
• Diploma/degree in IT or Computer Science preferred
• 1–3 years experience in IT support
• Strong skills in troubleshooting hardware and software
• Valid G driver’s license and readiness to travel
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
