Join Spicers in Vaughan, Ontario as an eCommerce Operations Developer. This role is focused on enhancing eCommerce systems and integrations, ensuring operational reliability and efficiency.
In this full-time position, you'll work under the Digital Marketing Manager to support and improve the GoSpicers eCommerce platform. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, enhancing customer experiences, and driving the evolution of Spicers’ digital commerce architecture. Collaborate with various teams to support critical business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support and troubleshoot GoSpicers eCommerce functionalities
• Assist with integrations between various business systems
• Collaborate on digital content and promotional efforts
• Participate in reporting and operational improvement initiatives
• Document technical processes and communicate clearly
Requirements:
• 5+ years in web application development
• Strong experience with systems integration and APIs
• Understanding of order flows and payment processing
• Proficient in marketing automation platforms like Mailchimp
• Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
