Join SCIEX in Concord, Ontario as an IT Compliance Analyst. This on-site role ensures IT processes meet regulatory standards like Sarbanes-Oxley and GDPR while collaborating with IT and business teams.
As an IT Compliance Analyst, you will report to the Senior Manager, IT Security & Compliance. This position requires a minimum of 2 years' experience in IT, Finance, or QA/RA. Key skills include familiarity with regulatory frameworks and excellent communication to engage users across levels, ensuring effective compliance and audit preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Translate compliance requirements into actionable IT processes
• Drive efficiency through DBS principles and automation
• Consult with IT and business initiatives ensuring compliance
• Monitor regulatory trends and recommend improvements
• Liaise with auditors and maintain compliance records
Requirements:
• 2+ years of relevant experience in IT or Finance
• Degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field
• Experience with regulatory auditors preferred
• Understanding of SOX, PCI, and compliance frameworks
• Strong presentation and communication skills
