Step into a pivotal role as a Senior Demand Planning Strategist, focusing on advanced forecasting techniques and strategic supply chain alignment. Lead demand forecasting initiatives with statistical models and analytics tools to drive business decisions.

This position requires ownership of the end-to-end forecasting process across multiple product lines. You will develop short, mid, and long-term forecasts using machine learning and statistical methods while establishing forecasting governance and best practices. Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance service levels and operational capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own demand forecasting and corporate supply chain alignment

• Develop statistical and machine learning forecasting models

• Analyze complex datasets for demand trends

• Lead Demand Review meetings in the S&OP process

• Design dashboards and reports for key stakeholders

Requirements:

• 7+ years in demand planning or supply chain analytics

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields

• Strong ERP/MRP system experience

• Proven leadership in cross-functional initiatives

• Experience with forecasting systems or analytics tools
