Experienced Sourcing Specialist in GTA

Become a key player on a high-performing Procurement team as a Sourcing Specialist in the Greater Toronto Area. Utilize your expertise in negotiation and RFx management while working in a hybrid environment.

This full-time position focuses on managing competitive sourcing events and ensuring contract compliance. With a salary range of $80,000 to $90,000, you'll engage across business units, delivering exceptional customer service. Candidates from utilities, 3PL, or service industries are especially encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute end-to-end RFx events with market research

• Prepare and lead negotiations, documenting outcomes

• Track contract expirations and lead timely renewals

• Coach teams on procurement policies for better adherence

• Maintain accurate data in SAP/Ariba systems

Requirements:

• College diploma in Procurement Management or related field

• 5+ years of experience in sourcing and procurement

• Proficiency with SAP, Ariba, and BI dashboards

• Strong analytical and reporting skills

• Valid driver’s license required
