Role Requirements:

• 3+ years in growth, demand gen, or full-stack marketing
• Strong experience in B2B SaaS marketing
• Hands-on with tools like Hub Spot, SEO platforms, analytics, and automation
• Proven track record building marketing engines from zero
• Deep knowledge of SEO, paid acquisition, email, and content
• Experience with outbound systems, deliverability, and compliance
• Clear communicator who can engage founders and executives
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, autonomous environment

Key Tasks:

• Lead growth and marketing across both HQ and portfolio companies
• Build marketing functions from scratch (CRM, automation, SEO, demand gen)
• Launch and optimize campaigns across paid, email, content, and partnerships
• Support deal sourcing through targeted outbound and campaign systems
• Partner with leadership on positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy
