Job Description:

Responsible for overall project coordination.

Schedule and help prioritize project resources.

Responsible for creating purchase orders and tracking them.

Responsible for tracking the Budget and keep it up to date.

Work with multiple stakeholders and third-party vendors for smooth execution of the project.

Document processes and procedures.

Report and track key deliverables.

Report overall project status and health.

Ensure service level contracts are in place with the manufacturers.

Raise support tickets in Microsoft ticketing tool.

Open/close/track support tickets in various tools.
