Join Mackenzie Health as an Onsite IT Support Specialist, dedicated to delivering top-notch hardware and software support. This position cultivates exceptional user experiences through outstanding customer service and technical know-how.
As a vital member of the Service Delivery team, you'll interface with users across various Mackenzie Health locations to troubleshoot and resolve incidents. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users in high-pressure scenarios are crucial. The role demands onsite availability across multiple shifts, ensuring broad service coverage for users.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide onsite IT hardware and software support
• Troubleshoot diverse devices including desktops and mobile tech
• Communicate clearly with staff regarding technical issues
• Support clinical workstations and mobile point-of-care devices
• Troubleshoot printer setups within corporate environments
Requirements:
• Three-year diploma or university degree in IT
• Minimum 3 years of progressive support experience
• A+ and ITIL V4 certifications are mandatory
• Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows 10/11
• Valid driver's license for inter-location travel
