Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Guidewire technical strategies and customizations
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards
• Serve as a technical escalation point for complex issues
• Coordinate release development cycles and mentoring
• Communicate technical status and risks to stakeholders
Requirements:
• 10+ years in software development
• 5+ years of Guidewire PC/BC/CC experience
• Strong understanding of P&C insurance domain
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and release management
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
