As a data management visionary, you will craft the MDM strategy, bridging technical environments and operational needs.

Your role includes leading a talented team while implementing data governance frameworks that enhance data quality within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive MDM framework

• Oversee master data lifecycle and data cleansing initiatives

• Create and monitor Data Quality KPIs for anomalies

• Mentor MDM Analysts and Data Stewards to improve data literacy

• Negotiate and resolve data ownership conflicts
Requirements:

• 3+ years in Data Management, Governance, or Architecture

• Leadership in cross-functional projects and teams

• Demonstrated expertise in Customer, Product, or Vendor domains

• Proficient in SQL and familiar with ERP/CRM tools

• Experience with Data Quality solutions like Talend
