Take charge as the Mining Technology Performance Lead at Toromont Cat, managing the deployment and optimization of mining solutions. This position focuses on leading site execution, fostering customer relationships, and supporting team development.

As a full-time lead, you will oversee installations and ensure successful project delivery while mentoring technicians and conveying critical knowledge to both Toromont and customer teams. You will address software and system challenges by collaborating with Caterpillar teams and serving as the main point of contact for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the implementation of Mine Star Solutions at assigned sites

• Serve as the essential link for customer performance management

• Work with Caterpillar to resolve technical issues

• Mentor field technicians and facilitate training sessions

• Ensure cross-functional collaboration in technology initiatives

Requirements:

• 3 to 6 years of relevant industry experience

• 2 to 4 years in team supervision capacity

• Educational background in Engineering fields

• P.Eng/PMP a beneficial asset

• Ability to work flexible hours across multiple Eastern Canada locations
