Smart Hands IT Support Engineer Position

This position focuses on delivering EUC L1 support for various IT equipment as an independent contractor. You will be tasked with on-demand troubleshooting for desktops, printers, and assisting senior tech teams with remote hands support. Timely documentation and effective communication are crucial for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide L1 EUC support and Smart Hands assistance
• Troubleshoot and fix desktop and laptop issues
• Execute hardware installation and break/fix activities
• Assist with basic networking and cabling
• Document work and update ticketing systems
Requirements:
• Previous experience in EUC and desktop support
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Ability to follow onsite procedures independently
• Preferred: own transportation and a basic toolkit
