We are seeking a Smart Hand Support Engineer to provide crucial technical and physical support for our IT operations. This position focuses on assisting remote teams with infrastructure challenges and end-user support.
In the role of Smart Hand Support Engineer, you'll act as the on-site expert, helping with technical support for end-user devices and performing hands‑on tasks in the server room. You're expected to manage ticket requests, assist in hardware installations, and coordinate with third-party vendors effectively.
Key Responsibilities Deliver technical support for user devices and systems
Assist with network room tasks like rack and stack
Perform visual checks and manage cabling efficiently
Handle IT service requests through ticketing software
Support hardware replacements as directed
Requirements 1–3 years of relevant IT support experience
Competent in Windows, macOS, and standard applications
Understanding of networking basics
Solid communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to lift 40 lbs and manage physical installations
Utilize your skills to enhance end-user experience and IT infrastructure.
