KFC Canada is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to deliver Level 1 support for technology-related inquiries. You will utilize your technical knowledge and customer service excellence to assist team members with issues via phone, email, and online platforms. This role is integral to maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring smooth experiences for KFC staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide responsive customer service via phone, email, and online
• Conduct process training sessions for users as needed
• Follow and improve departmental processes and procedures
• Collaborate with support teams to resolve complex issues
• Participate in team training sessions actively
Requirements:
• Technical College degree or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years of IT support experience
• French Canadian language skills (written and verbal)
• Experience in QSR, retail, or restaurant settings
• Knowledge of ITSM tools like Service Now or Zendesk
