As a Smart Hand Support Engineer, you will act as the on-site expert, ensuring seamless technical support for user devices. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver technical support for user devices and systems
• Assist with rack and stack in network room tasks
• Perform visual checks and manage cabling efficiently
• Handle IT service requests through ticketing software
• Support hardware replacements as directed
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of relevant IT support experience
• Competent in Windows, macOS, and standard applications
• Understanding of networking basics
• Solid communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and manage installations
