• Administer Rhapsody Integration Engine environments

• Monitor interface queues, logs, and alerts

• Troubleshoot HL7, APIs, and web service integrations

• Support production incidents with effective root cause analysis

• Maintain accurate documentation and operational runbooks

Requirements:

• 6+ years in healthcare integration support

• Hands-on experience with Rhapsody Integration Engine

• Proficiency in Java development and support

• Strong knowledge of HL7 v2.x

• Familiarity with Service Now and Jira systems
