PCHelp as an IT Support Specialist, providing on-site solutions across Vaughan, Ontario. This role focuses on technical support, customer interactions, and the expertise necessary for resolving various IT challenges.
As a full-time employee, you'll travel to different customer sites, offering hands-on support for both software and hardware issues. You'll create insightful documentation and conduct training sessions. Essential skills include strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication, and technical proficiency with diverse technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide on-site technical assistance for desktop and network systems
• Document technical processes and develop knowledge base articles
• Conduct IT infrastructure assessments and audits
• Setup new hardware, including routers and servers
• Prepare daily activity reports on support tasks
Requirements:
• 2 years' experience in technical support roles preferred
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
• Proficient in Windows environments and network setup
• Familiarity with general IT security and email protocols
• Must have a vehicle for travel, with expenses covered
