Take charge as an Application Support Manager focused on Roadside and Travel systems. Lead a dedicated team, manage systems, and enhance technology solutions for optimal productivity.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee existing application systems, developing service level agreements and ensuring robust system performance. Your responsibilities will include leading a team of system analysts to foster their expertise while managing communications with vendors during incident resolutions and system implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and enforce service level agreements for application support
• Mentor and lead system analysts in performance assessments
• Manage incident communications with IT and business teams
• Configure production systems to maintain their integrity
• Create reports on production system statistics
Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science or IT-related field
• Over 5 years in application support environments
• Practical knowledge of Windows Server, SQL, and Tomcat
• Familiar with ITSM tools and ITIL practices
• Experience in major incident management and on-call rotation
