Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily stand-ups and sprint reviews

• Optimize Agile processes for AI implementation

• Track metrics and communicate outcomes effectively

• Coach team members on Agile principles

• Support cross-functional team collaboration
Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of Agile Scrum experience

• Experience with in AI or machine learning environments

• Ability to work with uncertainty in delivery

• Valid Canadian work authorization

• Scrum certifications preferred
