Application Support Analyst at CAA Club Group

In this role at CAA SCO Systems & Services Inc., you will be integral in providing technical support for Club Digital and various integrations. The position requires hands-on experience in application support, especially with Digital Web applications and system maintenance. Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to optimize system functionality while adhering to service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Level 2 and 3 application support
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents via ticketing
• Install and configure enterprise digital applications
• Test and deploy enhancements as requested
• Create/update documentation for applications
Requirements:
• 2-3 years in application support roles
• Experience with Java applications and Mulesoft
• Knowledge of Linux, Windows, and Azure/AWS
• Familiarity with monitoring tools is an asset
• Post-secondary education in IT or related field
Utilize your systems knowledge and troubleshooting skills to support CAA Club Group's members effectively.
