As a Smart Hand Support Engineer, you will be the on-site expert responsible for technical support and managing service requests efficiently. Your responsibilities include assisting with hardware installations in the server room and coordinating with third-party vendors to ensure smooth operations. Excellent detail-oriented communication is crucial for the role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver technical support for user devices and systems
• Facilitate network room tasks including rack and stack
• Conduct thorough visual checks and manage cabling
• Address IT service requests through ticketing systems
• Assist with hardware replacements as needed
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of relevant IT support experience
• Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common applications
• Basic understanding of networking principles
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift 40 lbs during physical installations
