Become a Field Technician at Waste Connections of Canada, providing critical IT support solutions in Ontario. Your expertise will facilitate smoother operations within our teams and clients.
This position requires seasoned professionals with a minimum of five years in similar roles. You’ll engage in troubleshooting, systems support, and project coordination while communicating effectively across all levels of the organization. You’ll support a variety of technical environments, ensuring all employees can work efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and resolve IT-related issues promptly
• Support iOS and Android devices in the field
• Install network printers and manage cabling
• Assist with Microsoft O365 support and Citrix setups
• Maintain audio/visual equipment and contribute to projects
Requirements:
• 5+ years of relevant IT experience
• Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license for travel across Ontario
• Availability for extended travel or weekend work
• Capability to lift 50 lbs and operate man lift equipment
