Sporting Life Group is seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to oversee its Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) systems. You will monitor daily health checks, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with various teams to maintain functionality during peak retail periods. Your ERP expertise and SQL proficiency will be crucial in ensuring seamless operations and data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily health checks on ERP applications
• Address and resolve support tickets within SLAs
• Troubleshoot application and integration issues
• Monitor and recover ERP batch jobs and integrations
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing incidents
Requirements:
• 5+ years of application support and maintenance experience
• 2+ years experience with Microsoft D365 F&O
• Proficient in SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Familiarity with retail business processes
