Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a team to improve application support
• Assess and recommend technology upgrades to boost efficiency
• Maintain clear communication with IT and road service stakeholders
• Monitor and report on production system metrics
• Contribute to cross-functional project planning efforts
Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years in application support
• Proficient in Windows Server and SQL Server
• Experience with ITIL and ITSM tools
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
