Your role will focus on the effective deployment of our software solutions tailored for nonprofits.
As part of the Client Delivery team, you will be pivotal in ensuring that new clients successfully adopt Foundant's software. You’ll lead training sessions, provide strategic guidance on nonprofit practices, and ensure that implementations align with client goals for maximum ROI. Your knack for detail and communication will drive outstanding outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the implementation of software solutions for clients
• Train clients in utilizing Foundant's software products
• Assist clients in configuring their software settings
• Maintain open lines of communication throughout projects
• Manage data migrations from historical records
Requirements:
• Minimum one year in philanthropy or SaaS client service
• Familiarity with nonprofit accounting practices
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Effective multitasking and time management abilities
