As the Team Leader for Desktop Services, you will manage a professional team responsible for delivering IT support including software deployment and device provisioning. Your leadership will ensure the high quality and security of services while aligning with operational processes and business goals. With your experience in enterprise technology services, you will foster employee engagement and streamline workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead team development and performance management
• Manage remote and on-site endpoint support
• Prioritize service requests and incidents for resolution
• Oversee the end-user technology lifecycle
• Improve service performance through data analysis
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field
• Minimum five years in enterprise technology services
• Experience supporting various operating systems
• Knowledge of IT service management practices
• Ability to work with vendors and manage service levels
