Integration Specialist
Role Overview
This role offers the opportunity to support complex technology integration initiatives that connect acquired organizations with established IT environments. The Integration Specialist will combine technical expertise and project coordination skills to deliver seamless system, application, and network integrations. You will work with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical partners to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in Help Desk, Systems Administration, Network Administration, or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows operating systems, including Windows 10/11 environments.
- Experience analyzing and resolving technical and operational challenges.
- Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to delivering quality support.
- Ability to remain composed and make effective decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools and an understanding of how AI can improve workflows, processes, and business initiatives.
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, including user object management and creation, is an asset.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server and Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) is an asset.
- Familiarity with IT Service Management platforms such as Service Now or Connect Wise is an asset.
- Experience with Power Shell or other scripting languages such as Python is an asset.
- Strong motivation for continuous learning and professional development.
- Competitive annual salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 CAD, with potential eligibility for bonus or merit programs.
