Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct end-to-end support and configuration of Workday HCM

• Implement testing and quality assurance protocols

• Create and manage actionable Workday reports

• Partner with HR and other departments effectively

• Resolve complex system issues as Tier 3 support

• Deliver training and updates on Workday functionalities

• Stay updated on Workday features through community engagement

Requirements:

• Degree in HR, Business, or IT

• At least 4 years in Workday HCM

• Experience with analytics tools like Power BI

• Certifications such as CHRP or Workday preferred

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
