In this permanent role, you will monitor client systems and deliver exceptional technical support to both English and French-speaking customers. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic setting, demonstrating strong analytical skills while juggling multiple tasks. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure high service quality and assist with platform adoption initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot technical issues for customers promptly
• Monitor systems and devices for service disruptions
• Document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams
• Generate reports on support trends and uptime
Requirements:
• Minimum 1+ year in technical support or help desk
• Experience with PC hardware, LAN/Wi-Fi networks
• Familiarity with Microsoft Servers and basic networking
• Fluency in both English and French
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
