This Senior Business Analyst position, reporting to the IM/IT Primary Care Manager, involves collaborating with stakeholders to enhance information management solutions. Key tasks include evaluating system changes, assisting with troubleshooting, and ensuring adherence to service level agreements. You'll directly contribute to the digital transformation within the healthcare system.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and manage incoming system change requests
• Troubleshoot application problems and implement solutions
• Create user communications and system change materials
• Maintain system configurations based on best practices
• Collaborate with diverse teams to solve complex problems
Requirements:
• Relevant degree in Information Technology or Business Analysis
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in technology-focused roles
• 2+ years in application programming or support
• Familiarity with EMR systems considered an asset
• Strong analytical and communication skills for diverse audiences
