Arvato SAP Support Analyst Role

At Arvato, we are in search of an SAP Support Analyst who can navigate complexities in our SAP systems while efficiently managing user support needs. You will work to align business requirements with technical specifications, enhancing the overall functionality within various supply chain areas.

Your role will also involve training staff on critical updates and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle level 1 SAP support issues daily

• Collaborate to gather and analyze issue details

• Write specifications, particularly in procurement and order management

• Provide training on SAP updates and functionality

• Support major SAP projects and enhancements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science

• 5+ years of SAP implementation and support experience

• 2+ years of ABAP coding experience

• Knowledge of SD, MM, and IM is preferred

• ITIL certification is an asset
