Tech is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support users, maintain CRM data and optimize business workflows. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, customer service and operations teams to ensure Salesforce is used effectively across the organization.
Responsibilities include user access management, data upkeep, reporting, and implementing small automation via Salesforce Flow. The role also covers requirement gathering, testing, training and ongoing system documentation.
