As a Technology Solutions Analyst, you will report to the Senior Manager of IT Business Systems, focusing on analysis and support for Property Management, Finance, and more. Key skills include experience with Microsoft SharePoint, SQL, and AI-driven automation tools. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze operational needs and recommend IT solutions

• Facilitate workshops for requirements gathering

• Produce documentation: BRDs and functional specs

• Develop test plans and support production deployments

• Create user guides and training materials

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field

• Minimum 5 years in business systems analysis

• Strong documentation experience in enterprise software

• Familiarity with Yardi Voyager and SQL

• Experience in coordinating UAT and deployments
