Position: Technology Solutions Analyst with SmartCentres
Join Smart Centres as a Technology Solutions Analyst and play a crucial role in designing and implementing enterprise applications. This position bridges the gap between business needs and technology solutions, focusing on measurable outcomes.

Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, IT Business Systems, you will engage stakeholders to analyze and support applications within Property Management and Finance. Key skills needed are experience with database querying, Microsoft 365 tools, and documenting business processes to create effective IT solutions that match business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify technology improvements

• Lead documentation efforts for business processes

• Develop comprehensive test strategies and UAT scripts

• Manage production support and stabilization processes

• Deliver training materials and user guides

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT

• At least 5 years of enterprise application support experience

• Proven track record of facilitating process workshops

• Knowledge of Yardi Voyager and SQL querying

• Expertise in coordinating deployment activities
