Enterprise Applications Analyst at SmartCentres

Become a critical player in Smart Centres' Technology Solutions team as an Enterprise Applications Analyst. This position focuses on optimizing technology solutions across multiple business units including Finance and Corporate Services.

In this role, you'll collaborate with the Senior Manager of IT Business Systems, ensuring successful implementation of enterprise business applications. Your background in Yardi Voyager, SQL, and enterprise software analysis will allow you to foster collaboration between IT and business stakeholders, ensuring that technology aligns with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with stakeholders for technology solution enhancements

• Create functional specifications and user stories

• Develop test strategies including test cases

• Coordinate end-user training and documentation

• Manage change requests and compliance documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems or related

• Minimum 5 years in IT or business systems analysis

• Experience in enterprise application implementation

• Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint and SQL databases

• Proven experience in managing UAT and deployment processes
