Key Responsibilities:
• Execute website operations and product management tasks
• Address order, voucher, and technical issues
• Collaborate with White Cap for effective issue resolution
• Coordinate and validate promotional activities
• Maintain tools and execute SEO recommendations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years’ experience in ecommerce operations
• Familiarity with online merchandising and site administration
• Excellent collaborative and communication skills
• Ability to manage technical content and site updates
