The System Administrator plays a vital role in our ICAT team, focusing on provisioning, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise systems. You will support complex computer systems, including the EPIC application, ensuring seamless transitions from development to production. Your presence enhances project teams during the technical planning phases and operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage configuration and maintenance of enterprise systems
• Provide technical support for the EPIC application
• Assist project teams in the planning stages
• Engage in innovation through research and development
• Collaborate with operations staff for solution rollout
Requirements:
• ECSA certification or commitment to earn it
• Expertise in Microsoft Active Directory and Web Services
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022
• BS/BA in Computer Science or related fields
• Proven skills in problem solving and analysis
