In this role, you will join Manulife’s People Comms Technology team and be pivotal in how human resources access services through AI-enabled platforms. As a technical configuration and solution design expert, you will work across HR, advanced analytics, and architecture teams to deliver innovative, compliant solutions. Your focus will also include continuously evaluating emerging AI capabilities within Workday and other platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead technical configuration for AI-enabled People Services
• Translate business needs into effective technical solutions
• Design and optimize capabilities within Workday
• Evaluate and recommend improvements for employee experiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on delivery lifecycle
Requirements:
• 7+ years in configuring Workday solutions
• Expertise in Workday configuration and HR processes
• Experience in designing technical solutions
• Strong communication skills for diverse stakeholders
• Knowledge of Agile delivery environments
