Enhance your technical skills as an Enterprise Systems Administrator with Mackenzie Health. This role involves the installation, operation, and support for complex healthcare systems while working in a team environment.
As part of the ICAT team, you will provide expertise in provisioning enterprise systems, including the EPIC application. Collaborating with project teams, you'll help address technical issues throughout the project life cycle. This position requires strong skills in Microsoft Active Directory and Windows Server management to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provision and maintain enterprise hardware and software
• Support technical teams during project phases
• Assist in research and development for infrastructure innovation
• Analyze, design, and implement solutions for complexity
• Offer ongoing technical support for users
Requirements:
• ECSA certification or willingness to achieve it
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019/2022
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• BS/BA in Computer Science or IT discipline
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Power Shell
