In this role, you will be responsible for:

Developing and maintaining positive client relationships

Maintaining a positive demeanor and outlook in customer management and service

Collaborating with Underwriters daily and fostering strong relationships

Reviewing property appraisals and providing recommendations

Managing E-Docs/Renewal lists and handling them appropriately

Managing client policy renewals and re-marketing existing clients when necessary

Processing outstanding payments and banking information updates

Transacting and invoicing agency bill policies

Following up on abeyances daily

Quoting policy changes through CQ and company portal

Assisting Account Executives with renewals, policy changes, and new business

Using problem-solving skills and judgment to assess risks or issues

Qualifications:

Must have a Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario (RIBO) license in good standing; CIP or CAIB certification is an asset
Strong knowledge of the insurance industry, policies, and products
1 to 2 years’ experience as a Personal Lines Account Manager/CSR/TSR
Excellent customer service, communication, and computer skills, with experience in Microsoft Office
Ability to work as part of a team and perform well under pressure
Superior organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
Knowledge of Power Broker, Acturis, and Applied Rating (Compu-Quote) is an asset
