What You Will Do
Full investigation, evaluation, analysis, negotiation and settlement of automobile claims for repairable vehicles from start to end of claim cycleConduct claim investigations via appropriate communication channelsCoordinates, consults, negotiates and collaborates with appraisers, body shops, third party insurers and vendorsDetermine coverage, evaluate liability, subrogation exposure and potentialReview and analyze losses to ensure files meet the guideline criteria and determine proper kind of lossMaintain adequate reserves based on exposure and authority levelWho Are You
Post-secondary education completion1-5 years prior claims handling experience coupled with 2-3 years customer service experienceExcellent communication skills both written and oralExcellent organizational skillsSuperior customer service and interpersonal skills#LI-Hybrid
