5 Years Commercial Lines Experience, TSR EXPERIENCE DOESN'T COUNTR.I.B.O.Proficiency With Applied EPICProficiency with ARSProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and Excel)Insurer Portal Use both for Quoting, Wordings and ChangesAbility to Work IndependentlyClient Service FocusedExcellent verbal and communication SkillsJob Duties:
Build & maintain strong relationships with Insurers and clienteleAid colleagues where neededReview policies for accuracy, contracts and report claimsNegotiate terms/pricing/policy conditions with Underwriters and analyzePrepare client proposals and maintain accurate documentation with respect to renewalsAssist with designing insurance plans for clients as necessaryAbility to analyze, negotiate & prepare carrier renewalRespond to client inquiries/issues within established timelines/service standardsMaintain up to date records, expiry lists, daily abeyancesManage day-to-day issues for clients requests and amendmentCreate and modify complex spreadsheetsMaintain database of client conversationsFollow up with Insurers/Customers for outstanding information, endorsements, policy documentsOther miscellaneous duties and special projects as assignedBenefits:
